Our chilli oil combines three chillies: Er jing tiao for the colour and aroma, Xiao mi la and Zi dan tou for spiciness and crunchiness. 🌶 We use them for our Pork belly in garlic sauce, Wontons and Marinated beef. You can pick up one home from our webshop or in the restaurant.
