This noodle dish is perfect for those who enjoy a touch of sweetness in their meals. "Zajiang" refers to a type of meat topping cooked in a flavourful sauce. We use pork mince from H. Brakstad, stir-fried with a fermented chilli sauce and a spice blend featuring star anise, black cardamom, and chilli powder, resulting in an irresistibly aromatic dish. The noodles are dressed with a blend of light and sweet soy sauce, reflecting the flavours of Northern Yunnan.
