Mala Prawns

"Mala," directly translated from the Mandarin word “麻辣,” means “numbing and spicy.” This flavor sensation, created by the combination of Sichuan peppercorn and chili, delivers a mouth-tingling experience that stimulates saliva production and enhances appetite. We use wild prawns from the South Atlantic Ocean with a light coating of Sichuan peppercorn, then fry them to perfection with dried chili, ginger, and leek. Pair this dish with papaya salad, fried mixed mushrooms, and steamed rice for a complete meal.
