Steamed pork belly, also know as 梅菜扣肉, is a classic dish beloved for its mouth-melting soft, juicy texture and savoury hearty flavours. Often come with regional twist, in Northern Yunnan, we enjoy it with fermented mustard greens and sweet/savoury overall flavour. This dish is steamed rice´s best friend. Enjoy it alongside stir-fried seasonal greens and a salad.
