Our crispy duck select locally sourced duck from Holte Gård. Marinated with spices and herbs overnight, then soaked in duck fat to confit. The final touch? A dip in hot oil to achieve that perfect crispiness. Paired with classic sides of cucumber, spring onion, and hoisin sauce. To finish with a Yunnanese touch, a pinch of Sichuan pepper salt to make your lips dance a little and ensure every bite leaves you wanting more. Served with steamed duck wrappers. Pair it with fried mixed mushrooms and stir-fried leafy greens.
