Stir-Fried Seasonal Greens

We pick in-season greens and transform them into a simple yet flavorful stir-fry. In summer time, the greens are provided by local farms in nearby Bergen. Prepared with garlic, chilli, chicken stock, and oyster sauce to enhance their natural taste, these greens pair perfectly with all our protein dishes, Fried Mixed Mushrooms, and noodle dishes.
