Fried Mixed Mushrooms

Our fried mushrooms pay tribute to Yunnan's beloved tradition of cooking wild mushrooms. We use a mix of enoki, oyster, king oyster, and shiitake mushrooms for a variety of textures, frying them in pork lard with garlic, and topping them with thinly sliced ham from Voss Gardsslakteri. This dish reflects the Yunnanese practice of pairing mushrooms with cured meat. Enjoy it alongside our Crispy Duck, cucumber salad, and hot wings.
