How to Use the Banzha Card and Movie Ticket Offer: Q&A Section

Q1: How can I participate in the Banzha card and movie ticket offer? 

A1: To participate, visit our restaurant and choose to pre-pay either 1000 NOK for one movie ticket or 1500 NOK for two movie tickets. You can make this payment at the cashier during your visit to the restaurant or through our online payment portal here. In order for us to track your order, please register your name, phone number and email at the checkout.

Q2: What exactly do I get when I pre-pay 1000 NOK or 1500 NOK? 

A2: When you pre-pay 1000 NOK, you receive one complimentary movie ticket. If you choose to pre-pay 1500 NOK, you get two movie tickets. These tickets are valid for any movie and can be used anytime through the end of 2025. 

Q3: Do I need to dine at the restaurant to use my movie tickets? 

A3: You don’t need to dine at the restaurant to use your movie tickets. Once you have purchased your Banzha card, the movie tickets are yours to use whether you dine with us or not. 

Q4: How will I receive my movie tickets and where can I use the movie tickets?

A4: After completing your payment, you will be able to pick up your movie ticket at the restaurant. Simply show us the QR code and the name on your purchase. You can use the movie tickets at Bergen kino, Neumannsgt. 3, 5015 Bergen. 

Q5: Can I buy the Banzha card as a gift for someone else? 

A5: Absolutely! Our Banzha cards make excellent gifts. Simply provide the recipient's email address and address when purchasing, and we will send the movie tickets directly to them. Alternatively, you can collect a physical gift card from our restaurant. 

Q6: Is there a deadline for using my pre-paid card balance at the restaurant? 

A6: The balance of your card must be used by the end of 2025, the same as your movie tickets. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy our delicious offerings.

Q7: What happens if I don’t use the entire balance of my pre-paid card in one visit? A7: Any remaining balance will stay on your card and can be used for future visits until the end of 2025. Make sure to keep track of your card and present it during each visit to deduct from your balance.

Q9: What if I lose my card or movie tickets? 

A9: Please treat your cards and movie tickets like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We recommend storing them securely.
